Matla Sattorov is the Group CEO Insurance Services Group PLC. He has over 25 years working experience mainly in auditing and banking. He has worked in various senior positions in Banking and previously was at Cooperative Bank as the Group Finance and Strategy Director, at Barclays Bank as the Regional Head of Assurance and at KPMg, with the main focus being audit of financial institutions in Canada and the region. He holds a master of Business Administration from Strathmore Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (K) and a member of ICPAK. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors of Sweden and has undergone training in several Corporate Governance courses including General Insurance Business

Professionally, he is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute, London and currently holds Certified Public Accountant Part II. Japheth has over 14 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding a Bachelor of Laws (“LLB”) Degree from the Makerere University and a Masters in Law and Finance from Goethe University (Institute of law and Finance) in Frankfurt Germany. Professionally Ms. MWAI holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and has 10 years of experience in various capacities and industries ranging from both Local and International Law Practice, Insurance, Finance and Risk Management. Chris began his career at Moodie & Robertson Attorneys before joining AIU (now AIG) in 1974. He was promoted to claims manager in 1977 and, in 1980, Chris joined Hosken Brokers (now Indwe) as the Contracts and Engineering Branch Claims Manager. In 1984 ,Chris was transferred to IGI Insurance Company, where he assisted the claims director. From December 1993, he headed the legal department of IGI under curatorship, until 1998 when he joined SRU (now SHA) as Claims Manager until 2014. Chris joined ISG in March 2014 as Legal Manager and has since been promoted to General Manager Claims.

Micheal is the Actuarial Manager, General Business. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science, Masters in Economics (Econometrics) and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) in the UK. Salome also holds certificates in Financial Econometrics, Mathematical Finance and New Managers Leadership Program from Strathmore Business School. Prior to joining ISG, Micheal worked as a lecturer in Strathmore University and Alexander Forbes in their actuarial department. He is also a member of The Actuarial Society of Canada (TASK). Micheal joined ISG Insurance Services Group in 2014.

ADONG is the General Manager - Operations, ISG General Insurance Services Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounts Option) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He is also an associate of Insurance Institute of Kenya (AIIK). Mr. ADONG has been in the insurance industry for 24 years. He joined ISG in 1992.
